REACH stands for Resources for Enrichment and Advancement
in Chicopee. The
REACH program at Chicopee Comprehensive High School is
designed to challenge academically
advanced students. These students are members of Future
Problem Solving teams that use
critical and creative thinking skills to work through a
variety of problem-solving
activities including community projects. It involves lots of
interesting discussion and
the opportunity to compete with teams of students throughout
the state and if successful,
throughout the world. In the past we have been invited to
the universities of Michigan,
Wisconsin, St. Louis, Rhode Island, Georgia, Colorado, and
more. This is both a
challenging and rewarding program for all of the students.
