Key Club's Purpose:
The Key Club is a service, leadership organization for high school students operating under school regulations and drawing its membership from the student body. The Key Club's objective is the development of initiative,
leadership ability, and good citizenship practices.
Background Information:
Kiwanis is an organization of service and community-minded individuals who support children and young adults. This is accomplished by working with high school students through Key Clubs.
Key Club is an international student-led organization, which provides its members with opportunities to
provide service to the community, build character, and develop leadership.
Meeting Times:
Every other Tuesday after school.
Dues/Fees:
Annual dues of $10 must be paid by October 31; also, a minimum requirement of 50 hours of community service must be
completed by the end of April each year.
Season:
September through May.
